We are excited to announce the launch of our website and new rating system.
The website features a gallery for all the events in our region, newsletters for our developments, a player and club database, as well as contact details to get in touch with our region.
We also have introduced a new regional rating system for Chris Hani Chess. This new rating system is based on the FIDE rating system. It will be used to give our players a more convenient and accurate representation of their skills, as we will use this system for all events within the region, Including friendlies, derbies and arenas.
Both the website and rating system were developed by our Ratings Officer - Khanyisile Majiba. We are thankful for the dedication and effort that went into bringing these tools to life for our region.
This website will make the functions of our Region more accessible to our current and prospective members. We look forward to growing together as a region. Welcome to the new Chris Hani Chess Association website.
